Job Description:
Kings University College is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Academic Coordinator to join our Postgraduate Programme team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organisational skills, a passion for education, and experience in academic administration.

As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing postgraduate programme operations, ensuring smooth enrolment processes, coordinating with faculty members, and providing administrative support to students. You will play a key role in the academic success and development of our postgraduate students.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the coordination of the postgraduate programmes.

• Manage student registrations, course scheduling, and academic progress tracking.

• Liaise with faculty members to ensure the effective delivery of the curriculum.

• Provide administrative support to students, ensuring timely communication and support.

• Assist in the preparation of academic materials and reports.

• Organise academic events, workshops, and seminars.

• Ensure compliance with university policies and accreditation standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

• Prior experience in academic administration or programme coordination is preferred.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Ability to work well in a team environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of academic management software is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree is an advantage.

• Previous experience in coordinating postgraduate programmes is highly desirable.
